西酞普兰治疗抑郁症临床研究

目的 通过对西酞普兰20mg/d治疗抑郁症的疗效、副反应和安全性的研究,探讨最佳治疗方案,提高治愈率.方法 使用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项版本,对患者入组时的基线值,治疗时第2、4、6周分别进行评分,以评定病情严重度及其变化和疗效,记录副反应和合并用药情况.结果 发现本组病例通过西酞普兰20mg/d6周治疗后,有57.7%临床痊愈,3.8%显效,32.7%有效,5.8%改善,其有效率达94.2%.52例患者在西酞普兰治疗中可出现恶心、头痛等副反应.服药治疗6周后大多数患者副反应基本消失.结论 西酞普兰是一种安全、高效、耐受性好、副反应小、应用范围广的抗抑郁药,可作为一线抗抑郁药物使用.

Clinical Study of Citalopram in the Treatment of Depressive Disorder

Objective To find the best treatment program by studying the effect,side-effect and the security of Citalopram which is administered 20mg/d in curing depressive disorder.Methods HAMD version 17 is used to evaluate the basic state,2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks after Citalopram were given.The severity and the change of the disease,the curative effect were compared.Side effect and combined medicine were recorded.Results 57.7% recovery rate were recorded after Citalopram were used for 6 weeks,3.8% were excellent,32.7% were effective,5.8% were amended,total effective rate reach to 94.2%.Nausea(40.4%),headache(17.3%),lethargy(15.4%),perspiration increment(5.8%),dry mouth(5.8%),anorexia(5.8%),constipation(3.8%),lassitude(3.8%),dizziness(1.9%)etc were observed in 52 patients.All the side effects which were all unserious have been observed during the 1st~2nd week after Citalopram were used 20mg/d.Most side effects were lighten after 4 weeks and disappeared after 6 weeks.Conclusion Citalopram is a safety and effective antidepressant drug with good toleration,which can be used clinically as the fist choice.
