摘    要:
目的 探讨分析CO2点阵激光联合复方倍他米松注射液用于增生性瘢痕患者的疗效及不良反应.方法 增生性瘢痕患者90例随机分成对照组和观察组各45例,对照组给予复方倍他米松注射液进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予CO2点阵激光进行治疗;观察两组患者治疗前后温哥华瘢痕标度法(Vancouwer scar scale VSS)评分,以及治疗有效率,记录两组患者手术后并发症情况.结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.78%)高于对照组(88.89%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者VSS评分较治疗前均有改善,且观察组较对照组改善更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 CO2点阵激光联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗增生性瘢痕,能改善患者VSS评分,提高治疗有效率,且安全可靠.

Abstract:
Objective To understand the effect of CO2 lattice laser combined with compound betamethasone injection in treating hypertrophic scar and the resultant side effects.Method 90 patients with hypertrophic scar were randomly divided into a control group (n=45) and an experimental group (n=45).The control group were treated with compound betamethasone injection.The experimental group were treated with CO2 lattice laser combined with compound betamethasone injection.The Vancouver Scar Scale (Vancouwer scar scale VSS) scores of the two groups as acquired before and after treatment, the rates of effective treatment and the incidences of resultant complications were then analyzed.Findings The total effective rate in the experimental group was (97.78%), higher than that in the control group (88.89%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the VSS score of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment, with that of the experimental group being more significant than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).No significant difference was found between the two groups in the rate of side effects (P>0.05).Conclusion CO2 lattice laser combined with compound betamethasone injection in the treatment of hypertrophic scar can improve the VSS score and improve the treatment efficiency and thus can serve as a safe and reliable method for treating hypertrophic scar.
