大学生生涯适应力与职业探索:职业使命感和职业决策自我效能感的中介作用

摘    要:目的:探讨大学生生涯适应力、职业使命感、职业决策自我效能感与职业探索之间的关系。方法:以生涯建构理论为指导,运用大学生生涯适应力量表(CAAS)、职业使命感量表(CCS)、职业决策自我效能感量表(CDMSE)、职业探索量表(CES)对西安3所大学的578名大学生进行调查。结果:生涯适应力与职业使命感,职业决策自我效能感和职业探索之间均存在正相关(r=0.453,0.605,0.444;P0.01),职业使命感与职业决策自我效能感和职业探索之间均存在正相关(r=0.417,0.437;P0.01),职业决策自我效能感和职业探索之间存在正相关(r=0.549,P0.01);生涯适应力可以通过职业使命感间接预测职业探索(P0.001),也可以通过职业决策自我效能感间接预测职业探索(P0.001),整体模型拟合良好(χ2/df=3.737,GFI=0.924,NFI=0.934,CFI=0.951,RMSEA=0.069)。结论:生涯适应力可通过职业使命感和职业决策自我效能感的多重中介作用影响职业探索行为。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relations between career adaptability,career calling,career decision-making self -efficacy,and career exploration.Methods:578 college students were investigated with Career Adapt-Abilities Scale,Career Calling Scale,Scale of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Exploration Scale.Results:Career adaptability was significantly positively associated with career calling,career decision-making self-efficacy and career exploration(r =0.453,0.605,0.444;P < 0.01).Career calling was significantly positively associated with career decision-making self-efficacy and career exploration(r =0.417,0.437;P < 0.001).Career decision-making self-efficacy was significantly positively associated with career exploration(r =0.549,P <0.01).Structural equation modeling showed that career calling and career decision-making self-efficacy had indirect influence between career adaptability and career exploration(P < 0.001).The overall model fitted the data well (x 2/df =3.737,GFI =0.924,NFI=0.934,CFI=0.951,RMSEA=0.069).Conclusion:Career adaptability exerts an influence on career exploration through the multiple mediating effects of career calling and career decision-making self-efficacy.
