晚期原发性肺癌患者焦虑抑郁状况及心理干预

目的:对晚期原发性肺癌患者的焦虑及抑郁症状进行探讨,同时根据患者焦虑抑郁情绪产生的原因进行相应研究。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年12月-2015年12月收治的100例晚期原发性肺癌患者的焦虑抑郁情况以及有针对性的护理过程,将进行了心理护理的50例患者设为观察组,同时将只进行常规护理的50例患者设为对照组,对比两组患者治疗前焦虑抑郁评分,同时对比护理前后各项生活质量的改善。结果:护理后观察组焦虑(SAS)评分显著低于对照组(t=-12.4388,P0.001),观察组抑郁评分(SDS)显著低于对照组(t=-11.2744,P0.001),社会活动、精神、疼痛、睡眠质量、情感交流、日常活动等生活质量评分显著优于对照组(t=-9.1040,-18.2787,-12.7545,-15.6229,-11.1533;P0.001),差异具有统计学意义。结论 :晚期原发性肺癌患者因疼痛、心理等众多原因导致焦虑抑郁情绪严重,通过心理护理对于患者不良情绪的缓解较为有效,同时能够通过对患者睡眠、心情等的改善提高生活质量。

Anxiety,Depression and Mental Nursing of Patients with Advanced Primary Lung Cancer

Objective:To investigate the anxiety and depression of patients with advanced primary lung cancer,and give mental nursing according to the causes of anxiety and depression.Methods:We analyzed retrospectively the anxiety and depression and the proper nursing processes of 100 cases of patients with advanced primary lung cancer.We grouped 50 cases of patients with mental nursing into the observation group and 50 cases of patients with conventional nursing into the control group.We compared the scores of anxiety and depression of the patients in two groups before treatment and the improvement of life quality before and after the nursing.Results:The score of anxiety (SAS)after nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t =-12.4388,P ＜0.001),the score of depression(SDS)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t =-11.2744,P ＜ 0.001).The scores of the life quality in spirit,pain,sleep quality,emotional communication,daily activities were significantly lower than those in the control group (t =-9.1040,-18.2787,-12.7545,-15.6229,-11.1533;P ＜0.001).Conclusion:Pain,mentality and other factors lead to a serious anxiety and depression of patients with advanced primary lung cancer.The mental nursing is effective to relieve patients' negative emotions and improve the life quality though ameliorating sleep and mood of the patients.
