心理控制源与实习护生生涯适应力及择业效能感的相关性

目的:探讨分析心理控制源与实习护生生涯适应力及择业效能感间的相关性。方法:以省内4所三级甲等医院的498名实习护生为调查对象,以心理控制源量表、生涯适应力量表、择业效能感量表为评价工具调查研究对象各维度的得分情况。结果:心理控制源能力维度得分为(3.87±1.02)分,总平均得分为(3.55±1.03)分,实习护生生理控制源能力处于较高水平。生涯适应力的各项维度得分,处于较高水平。实习护生生涯适应力的各个维度均与能力、努力和内控型呈显著正相关(r=0.423~0.632,P0.05),而与背景、机遇和外控型无相关性。实习护生择业效能感的各个维度均与能力、努力和内控型呈显著正相关(r=0.418~0.612,P0.05),而与背景、机遇和外控型间未见相关性。结论:心理控制源中的内控性与实习护生的生涯适应力及择业效能感均密切相关。

The Relationship between Locus of Control of Nursing Students and Career Adaptability,Career Decision-making Self-efficacy

Objective:To investigate the relationship between locus of control and nursing students'career adapta-bility,career decision-making self-efficacy.Methods:A total of 498 nursing students from four hospitals were se-lected as the investigation object.The scores of the subjects were investigated by using the locus of control scale,the career adaptability scale and the career choice efficacy scale as the evaluation tools.Results:The score of psychological control source ability score was (3.87±1.02),and the score of effort dimension was (3.31 ±0.98),the score of the background dimension was (3.21±0.87),and the score of opportunity dimension was (3.80±1.13);Internal control factor score was (3.59±0.96),external control factor score was (3.51±0.93);The average score was (3.55±1.03), which was at a high level.The score of career confidence score was (4.05±1.30),career control score was (4.01 ± 1.25),career curiosity score was (3.94±1.14),career concern score was (3.71 ±0.96),the total average score was (3.93±1.27),which was at a high or level.This group of self evaluation,information collection,planning,target se-lection and problem solving for each question were (3.41±1.06),(3.37±1.05),(3.34±0.96),(3.39±1.08),(3.28± 0.91),the total average score was (3.36±1.17).Nursing students'career adaptability had significantly positive corre-lation with ability,effort and internal control(r =0.423~0.632,P <0.05),but was no correlation with background, luck and external control.There was significantly positive correlation between the self-efficacy of nursing students and ability,effort,internal control(r =0.418 ~0.612,P <0.05 ),but had was no correlation with background,luck and external control.Conclusion:The internal control of locus of control is related to nursing students'career adapta-bility and career decision-making self-efficacy.
