| 摘 要： | 目的:玻璃体切割术提高了眼内异物的取出率。方法:分析28例外伤眼内异物病例,其中磁性异物19例,非磁性异物9例。结果:26例(92.9%)通过扁平部或角膜缘切口取出异物,视力改善16例(57.1%)不变6例(21.4%),下降6例(21.4%)视网膜复位26例(92.9%)。结论:通过玻璃体切割术取眼内异物是最好途径。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the importance of in-time surgery of mtraocular foreing (IOFBs).Vitrectomy improved cure rate of surgery.Methods 28 case of IOFBs including 19 magnetic and 9 nonmagnetic were analased.Results The IOFBs of 26 cases(92.9%)were extracted by cut of pars plana or the cut of corneae limbus,Post-operate visual acuity was improved in 16 cases (57.1%),not changed in 6 cases,(21.4%),and retinalreatachment in 26 cases(92.9%).Conclusion Vitrectomy technique is indicated in case of IOFBs,with retinal detachement,by removing the foreign body and managing the compilcations at the same operation. |
