| Abstract: | It is the efficiency approach that the continue education and the training of the high educational background in the hospital is to realize the uniform of the high education record and the high quality. Combining the practice in his hospital , the author discusses the methods as following: ① perfecting the management mechanism of person with ability; ② exerting the advantage of the person with ability ; ③ broadening the continue education ; ④ inducting rightly the high talented person . |
