| 摘 要： | 目的评价MRI对弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断价值及临床意义。方法分析50例弥漫性轴索损伤的CT和MRI影像表现和特点。结果CT显示84个病灶，MRI显示264个病灶，CT敏感性只有MRI的10％。结论MRI检查在弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断及临床应用中具有重要意义，比CT检查有显著的优越性。随着MRI设备的普及，对颅脑损伤的患者行MRI检查应作为常规检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the.value of MRI in the diagnosis of DAI and the clinical application of MRI with DAIo Methods Ct and MRT finding of DAI in 50 eases were analyzed retospeetivelyo Results CT scans showed only 84 lesions whiles MRI showed 264 lesions o The sensitivity of CT for DAI was only 10% of MRI. Conclusion MRI plays very important role in the diagnosis of DAI and the clirfical application ,MRI is significantly superior to CTo Therefor MRI should be a routine examination in the patient with posttraumatic brain injury. |
