肝硬化患者血清纤维化指标及血小板相关指标的变化

目的：研究肝硬化患者血清纤维化指标及血小板相关指标的变化。方法：选取本院收治的59例肝硬化患者为观察组，同期59例健康人员为对照组，将两组的血清纤维化指标及血小板相关指标进行比较，并比较不同病因及肝功能分级肝硬化患者的血清纤维化指标及血小板相关指标。结果：观察组的血小板计数（PLT）低于对照组，而血清纤维化指标及其他血小板相关指标均高于对照组，且不同肝功能分级者之间也存在明显的差异，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而不同病因者之间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：肝硬化患者血清纤维化指标及血小板相关指标的变化较大，并且受肝功能分级的影响较大，但不同病因者之间无明显差异。

Change of serum fibrosis indexes and platelet related indexes of patients with hepatocirrhosis

Objective： To observe and study the change state of serum fibrosis indexes and platelet related indexes of patients with hepatocirrhosis. Methods：59 patients with hepatocirrhosis admitted to our hospital from November 2010 to October 2013 were selected as observation group, 59 healthy personnel during the same period were enrolled as control group,then the serum fibrosis indexes and platelet related indexes of two groups were compared, and the serum fibrosis indexes and platelet related indexes of pa- tients with different pathogeny and liver function stages were compared too. Results：The PLT of observation group was lower than that of control group,while the serum fibrosis indexes and other platelet related indexes were all higher than those of control group, and the detection levels of patients with different liver function stages had obvious differences （P all〈0.05）, detected parameters of patients with different stages of liver function were also significant different from each other （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The change of serum fibrosis indexes and platelet related indexes of patients with hepatocirrhosis are great, and are affected by severity of liver function, but no significant correlations between the change and pathogeny are found.
