创伤后膝关节功能障碍综合治疗方法及疗效观察

目的：观察综合治疗方法在创伤后膝关节功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方珐：选取2011年10月～2013年10月本院收治的70例创伤后膝关节功能障碍患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（常规骨科处理加康复锻炼组，35例）和观察组（综合治疗组，35例），比较两组患者治疗后4、8周的膝关节功能评分及治疗前后的步态参数、关节活动度和肌力。结果：观察组治疗后4周与8周的膝关节功能评分总优良率明显高于对照组，治疗后的步态参数、关节活动度和肌力也均分剐优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：综合治疗方法在创伤后膝关节功能障碍患者中的应用效果较好，可有效改善患者膝关节功能的各个相关方面。

Effect of comprehensive treatment on patients with posttraumatic knee joint dysfunction

Objective..To investigate effect of comprehensive treatment on patients with posttraumatic knee joint dysfunction. Methods：A total of 70 patients with posttraumatic knee joint dysfunction in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected as the study object, and were divided into control group（conventional orthopedics treatment and rehabilitation exercise group）and observation group （comprehensive treatment group） by half according to the random allocation. Knee joint function score at 4th and 8th week after the treatment,gait parameters,joint motion range and muscle force before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results：The total excellent and good rate of observation grouprs knee joint function score at 4th and 8th week after the treatment were both significantly higher than those of control group,gait parameters,joint motion range and muscle force after the treatment were respectively significantly better than those of control group too （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Comprehensive treatment is effective in the treatment of patients with posttraumatic knee joint dysfunction,and it can effectively improve the various related items of knee joint function.
