| 摘 要： | 通过对35例风心病二尖瓣狭窄患者球囊扩张术中应用实时二维超声心动图技术引导房间隔穿刺的研究，表明二维超声心动图引导房间隔穿刺可弥补单纯X线无法显示心内结构及房间隔的不足，提高穿刺成功率及安全性，降低并发症。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the role real time 2-dimensional echocardiography (2-DE) guiding interatrial septal puncture, 35 patients with mitral stenosis undergoing percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty were observed. The results showed that the 2-DE,accompany with the X-ray fluoroscopy guidance,could make the puncture easier and safer,furthermore,reduced complications and radiation. |
