| 摘 要： | 探索电针头穴治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照的方法，对90例血管性痴呆患者随机分为头电针组、针药结合组及西药对照组共三组进行6周的治疗观察，根据治疗前后的MMSE量表和ADL—R量表评分结果进行疗效评价。结果：电针组及针药组疗效明显优于对照组，对血管性痴呆患者的认知功能和智能改善均起到积极作用；但单独针刺组与针药结合组间疗效差异没有统计学意义，结论：电针头穴对血管性痴呆的认知功能有明显改善作用，其机制需要进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of scalp electric acupuncture on vascular dementia. Methods： A total of 90 patients were recruited in this trial and randomly divided into three groups： scalp electric acupuncture gronp, group of scalp electric acupuncture plus drug, and drug group. The patients were treated for 6 weeks. Outcome measurements were performed according to MMSE ＆ ADL- R scales one day before the treatment, and atthe completion of the 6 weeks treatment. Results： The improvement of cognition function in drug group was signiticandy less than in scalp electric acupuncture group and gronp of scalp electric acupuncture plus drug. However, there was no statistically difference between scalp electric acupuncture gronp and group of scalp electric acupuncture plus drug. Conclusion： Scalp electric acupuncture can better improve patients＇ recognition, which is worthy of further research. |
