| 摘 要： | 胃肠间质瘤是消化道最常见的非定向分化的间叶性肿瘤。自从1983年Mazur等提出这一概念,人们在病因、病理机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗方法等方面进行了大量研究,对其认识逐步加深。此文主要对其内镜下的诊治研究进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumor of the gastrointestinal tract and differentiate undefined.It has been studied from etiological factors,pathomechanism,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and so on since it had been described in 1983 and has been recognized gradually.The article mainly reviews researches in diagnosis and treatment by endoscopy. |
