| 摘 要： | 本文利用单克隆抗体采用间接免疫荧光法检测了20例健康吸烟者和30例肺癌病人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,并以20例非吸烟健康人做对照。结果,吸烟组和肺癌组T抑制细胞(OKTa~ )均高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示健康吸烟者与肺癌病人都有细胞免疫功能降低。 |

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate whether abnormaliteis of immunoregulatory T-ecll occur in smokers and patients with lung cancer we determined peripheral Tlymphocytes subsets by monoclonal antibodeis in 20 healthy smokers and 30 patients with lung cancer and 20 healthy nonsmokers as control, The results showed that T suppressor cells (OKT_8~ ) in smokers and patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than these in nonsmokers (P<0.05). The study suggested that there were decreased in functions of immunorogulatory in smokers and patients with lung cancer. |
