| 摘 要： | 采用交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，卡波普，微晶纤维素等材料，直接压片，制得甲硝唑胃内滞留型缓释片，并进行了体外释放度的研究。结果显示，本品体外漂浮性良好，具有较好的缓释效果。体外释放行为符合一级释放动力学方程。

| Abstract: | The metronidazole gastric retention sustained release tablets were prepared using PVPP, carbopol and avicel by the direct compression way, its in vitro dissolution and floating capability were satisfactory. The drug release behavior could be best described by first order kinetic equation. |
