摘    要:
目的:初步分析重组梅毒螺旋体抗原对梅毒螺旋体抗体的反应性。方法:用蛋白印迹技术检测与麦芽糖结合蛋白(MBP)融合的2种重组梅毒螺旋体蛋白(rTP47和rTP17)与二期梅毒患者血清的反应性。结果:30份二期梅毒患者血清均与MBP-rTP47和MBP-rTP17反应,反应强度与RPR试验测定的血清滴度无绝对一致性,但MBP-rTP17与二期梅毒患者血清的反应强于MBP-rTP47,30份正常人血清均不与MBP-rTP47和MBP-rTP17反应。结论:MBP-rTP47和MBP-rTP17对二期梅毒患者血清的反应性较强。

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the serum reactivity of two MBP fusion recombinant proteins of Treponema pallidum ,described as MBP rTP47 and MBP rTP17.Method:Western blotting technique was used to test 60 serum samples. Thirty samples from patients with secondary syphilis, all of them were anti treponemal antibody positive, and 30 from healthy individuals.Results: No pooled sera reacted with purified MBP. Anti MBP serum reacted with MBP, MBP rTP47 and MBP rTP17. All samples from patients with syphilis presented from a weak to a strong reactivity with MBP rTP47 and MBP rTP17, but the reactivity of MBP rTP17 seemed to be stronger than that of MBP rTP47. All the 30 serum samples from healthy individuals showed negative reaction to MBP rTP47 and MBP rTP17. Conclusion : We concluded that due to their high sensitivity and specificity, the two recombinant antigens could be used as MBP fusion proteins for development of syphilis diagnosis assays.
