分层次管理法在护理管理中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨分层次管理法在护理管理中的应用效果。方法2012年7—12月,将解放军第81医院的120名护理人员按照1:3:6的比例分成3个层次:责任组长、责任护士及助理护士,采用分层次管理法对护理人员进行管理,明确各个层次的职责,评价并比较分层次管理法实施前后护理人员理论知识及操作考核的评分。结果分层次管理法实施后,护理人员的理论知识和操作考核评分均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。结论分层次管理法的实施,有利于提高临床护理的质量,保证护理人力资源的合理分配,促进护理人才队伍的快速发展。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of stratified administration applied to clinical nursing management. Methods A total of 120 nurses from No. 81 hospital were recruited and stratified into three levels (charge group leader, charge nurse, and nurse assistant) according to the proportion of 1:3: 6. All nurses were treated with stratified administration on nursing management. The theory and skill scores were assessed and compared before and after implementation. Results The theory and the skill scores after implementation were significantly higher than that before (P〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The implementation of stratified administration applied to clinical nursing management may contribute to improving nursing quality, ensuring reasonable allo- cation of nursing resources, and promoting the develop process of nursing personnel.
