| 摘 要： | 血源加热疫苗与血源三步苗比较研究结果表明，加热苗具有三步苗相同的免疫源性及安全性，且抗体滴度增长快，具保护作用抗体比例较三步苗大。以阳转率及ＧＭＴ值增长情况综合评价，使用剂量７ｕｇ即可。本研究认为女性对疫苗的应答反应优于男性。

| Abstract: | recipients were vaccinated by Hepatitis B vaccine for the containing pre-s, 167 recipients were vaccinated by common Hepatitis B vaccine to control. Anti-HBs were detected in 1,9 month. Among the 182 recipients, the positive rates of anti-HBs were 34. 27% and 95. 05% and were 60. 2% and 98. 84% in the other 167 recipients of conmon vaccine.The two vaccines are same immune and safe.
