| 摘 要： | 目的探讨12导联动态心电图对冠心病(CHD)的诊断价值。方法对比分析70例临床疑诊冠心病患者的12导联Holter监测与冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果。结果12导联动态心电图诊断冠心病的敏感性80%,特异性84%,精确度81.42%,且冠状动脉病变支数越多,12导联Holter对冠心病的检出率越高。结论12导联Holter为目前较理想的诊断冠心病的非创伤性检查方法,但应密切结合临床。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 12 lead Holter monitoring for coronary heart disease(CHD) patients. Method Seventy suspected CHD patients had accepted coronary angiography(CAG) and 12 lead Holter monitoring examination.Results The sensitivity for detecting CHD in 12 lead Holter monitoring was 80%,the specificity 84%,and the accuracy 81.42%.The positive rate was increasing with the increase of the coronary vessel.Conclusion 12 lead Holter monitoring is the best examination without damage,but other clinical data should be considered meantime. |
