| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍（attention deficit hyperactivity disorder，ADHD）儿童与感觉统合失调的关系，以及对行为的影响。【方法】采用《Achenbach儿童行为量表》、《儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表》对73例6～11岁ADHD患儿及47例正常儿童进行测查。【结果】①ADHD儿童的感觉统合失调的发生率明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．001），ADHD合并感觉统合失调的发生率男童（86．3％）高于女童（63．6％）；②合并感觉统合失调的ADHD儿童其行为因子得分高于无合并感觉统合失调的ADHD儿童（P〈0．05），合并感统失调的女童的体述、抑郁、社会退缩因子得分高于男童（P〈0．05）；③ADHD组的感觉统合各因子与行为因子有相关性。【结论】①ADHD儿童容易合并感觉统合失调及其它行为问题，且有性别差异；②ADHD组的感觉统合各因子与行为问题的产生有相关性。
