HELLP综合征患者产后应用低相对分子质量肝素的临床观察

目的探讨HELLP综合征患者产后使用低相对分子质量(LMWH)肝素的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2019年5月我院收治的HELLP综合征患者66例,比较产后LMWH治疗组(观察组)和常规治疗组(对照组)患者临床特征、实验室指标、并发症等。结果观察组平均分娩孕周小于对照组(P<0.05),在治疗前两组患者血小板计数、凝血功能无统计学差异(P>0.05),产后第三天观察组血小板计数较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组凝血功能及出血并发症无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论HELLP综合征患者产后使用LMWH治疗有利于血小板计数的恢复,不加重出血并发症。

Clinical Observation of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Therapy for Postpartum Patients with HELLP Syndrome

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)therapy for postpartum patients with HELLP syndrome.Methods 66 cases of HELLP syndrome in our hospital between January 2004 and May 2019 were collected retrospectively.The clinical characteristics,blood tests and complications were compared in the postpartum LMWH group(the observation group)and the conventional treatment group(the control group).Results The average gestational age of delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in platelet counts and coagulation function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The platelet counts in the observation group were higher than the control group on the third day after delivery(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in coagulation function and bleeding complications(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of low molecular weight heparin in postpartum patients with HELLP syndrome is conducive to the recovery of platelet counts without aggravating bleeding complications.
