住院患者满意度调查分析

摘    要:
通过对云南罗平医院住院患者满意度的调查分析,了解到医院的住院医疗服务状况和住院患者的满意度情况,总结出影响住院患者满意度的主要因素为医疗质量、医疗服务、医疗费用和就医环境,并用相关和回归方法分析了各个项目对总满意度的影响,认为提高住院患者满意度应主要从提高医疗质量和医疗服务入手,并针对反映的问题提出了建议与对策。

Abstract:
A survey on inpatients satisfaction was conducted in Luoping Hospital of Yunnan Province. From the survey, we understood the inpatients degree of satisfaction for hospital and medical services, summed the main factors which influenced it, they were the quality of medicine, service of medicine, cost of medicine and the environment of medicine, analysised each factor with the method of correlation and regression analysis, concluded that the main way to raise inpatients satisfaction was to improve the quality of medicine and the service of mediciae. Recommendations and countermeasures are made corresponding to the problems.
