| 摘 要： | 目的研究PET／CT在腋窝肿物诊断中的应用价值。方法对以腋窝肿物为主诉的患者行PET／CT、超声、双乳腺钼靶检查，通过术后常规病理进行验证，分析比较PET／CT的优劣势。结果三者在诊断乳腺病变中PET／CT的特异性、准确性均高于超声及钼靶，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；诊断淋巴结病变时PET／CT敏感性大于超声、钼靶，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PET／CT在诊断以腋窝肿物为主诉的病例中显示出较常规检查更多的优势，尤其表现在寻找原发病灶和排除全身其他部位病变方面。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of PET/CT used in the diagnosis of axillary lump. Methods Patients complaining of axillary lump chiefly were examined with PET/CT, B ultrasound, mammography,and were verified with pathological results. Results Specificity and accuracy were higher in PET/CT (P > 0.05). PET/CT was more sensitive than B ultrasound and mammography in diagnosing axillary disease(P < 0.05). Conclusions PET/CT is superior to B ultrasound, mammography in diagnosing patients whose chief complaint are axillary lump, especially in finding the primary disease and excluding diseases relevant to other organs. |
