| 摘 要： | 类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性进行性的自身免疫系统疾病,其病理特征主要是滑膜长期的慢性炎症,进而造成对软骨及骨关节的破坏。类风湿性关节炎的发病机制涉及免疫系统中的多种细胞因子、酶等。本文对软骨细胞在抑制RA的软骨破坏方面可能存在的机制作一综述。

| Abstract: | Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of chronic progressive autoimmune diseases,whose pathological feature is long-term chronic inflammation of synovial membrane,causing the damage of the cartilage and bone joint.The pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis involves a variety of cytokines of immune system,enzymes and so on.This paper reviews the possible mechanisms of chondrocytes in the prevention of RA-related cartilage destruction. |
