痛风泰颗粒剂治疗痛风的临床观察及预防

[目的]采用中西医结合方法治疗痛风病人,并进行病人外周血细胞因子的测定及观察治疗前后的变化,以探讨痛风泰颗粒剂对痛风的抗炎机制及预防措施.[方法]将60例痛风病人随机分为两组,其中治疗组35例以痛风泰颗粒剂结合双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊(戴芬)75 mg治疗,每天1次,为期7 d;对照组25例给予戴芬75 mg治疗,每天1次,为期7 d,观察药物对病人外周血细胞因子(IL-1β、IL-8)以及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血尿酸(BUA)、关节情况的影响.[结果]两组外周血细胞因子治疗前后均有异常表达,治疗后异常水平均有下降,治疗组治疗前后自身比较,两种细胞因子的下调均有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗组与对照组ESR、CRP治疗前后自身比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗后组间比较,ESR、CRP、BUA差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]痛风泰颗粒剂治疗痛风,能够影响外周血异常细胞因子表达,对痛风病人临床症状和实验室指标均有一定改善作用.

Clinical observation and prevention on Tongfengtai granule to treat gout patients
