妇幼机构开展社区卫生服务的实践与体会

我市作为单列市级的妇幼卫生机构 ,1997年开展社区健康服务 (简称“社康服务”)试点工作 ,向社区居民提供健康促进、卫生防病、妇幼保健、老年保健、慢病防治、疾病诊治“六位一体”的综合、连续、安全、便捷、高效的卫生服务 ,尝试了在社区实行“地段儿童保健负责制”和“孕产妇分级管理、产后访视 A、B卡转卡制度”等。初步摸索出一套基层社区妇幼卫生管理经验 ,丰富了妇幼卫生工作的内涵 ,促进了妇幼卫生体制改革。

Practice and realization of developing the community health service for MCH organ

The community health service has been developed by MCH organ in Shenzhen city in 1997.The content of the service includes health education,health protection,MCH,gerocomia prevention and cure of chronic disease,diagnose and cure of disease.The system of job responsibility on children health and pregnant woman classify management and the system of changing puerperal visiting car have been tried in the community.Some experience about MCH management in community has been find out.
