针对性健康教育对糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响

目的:探讨针对性健康教育对糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响。方法:将278例确诊的糖尿病患者随机分为观察组136例和对照组142例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组运用针对性健康教育。采用自行设计调查表对两组患者健康教育前后健康知识了解情况及遵医行为进行调查。结果:两组患者健康教育前健康知识了解情况比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者健康教育后健康知识了解情况明显优于对照组(P0.01)。观察组患者健康教育后遵医行为情况明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:针对性健康教育不仅能有效提高患者的健康知识水平,还能有效提高患者的遵医行为。

The influences upon the behavior of obeying medical directions of diabetics by pointed health education

Objective：To investigate the influences upon the behavior of obeying medical directions of diabetics by pointed health education. Methods：278 cases of diagnosed diabetics patients were randomly divided into the observation group （136 cases） and the control group （142 cases）. The control group was given routine health education,but the observation group recepted the pointed health education. A questionnaire which was designed independently was used to investigate about related data in the two groups before and after health education to compare the patient＇s understanding rate of healthy knowledge and the initiative cooperating rate of obeying medical directions. Results：There were no significant differences on the patient＇s understanding rates of healthy knowledge before health education in the two groups （P〉0.05）. After health education,the understanding rate was 100% and the initiative cooperating rate was 78% in the observation group,was higher than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Not only the pointed health education could raise patient＇s level of healthy knowledge,but also could enhance the patient to obey the medical directions effectively.
