| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆道出血诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2000年-2006年收治的胆道出血15例的临床资料。结果本组行介入治疗者死亡1例；其余14例均治愈并获随访6月～4年，未发生再出血及其它并发症。结论根据不同的病理特点，选择合适的治疗方法，可提高胆道出血的治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment for hemobilia. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of hemobilia from 2000-2006 in Huangpi Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 15 cases of hemobilia, 1 cases died of severe intra-bdominal bleeding, and remaining 14 cases cured. During a follow-up period of 6 months to 4 years, no rebleeding occurred. Conclusion Selection of proper therapy can improve the curative effect of hemobilia according to the different pathologic characteristics. |
