| 摘 要： | 目的 建立艾地苯醌片溶出度测定方法,对影响因素进行考察。方法 0.3％聚山梨醇酯80溶液1000 mL为溶出液,桨法,转速75r·min-1,检测波长280 nm。结果 在150 min内达到全溶出。结论 本方法操作简便、快速,结果重现性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the dissolution test of Idebenone tablets. The factors that affected the dissolution test were analysed. METHODS A 1 000 mL of 0.3% palysorbate-80 was used as dissolution medium.The paddle method was used with rotation rate of 75 r·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 280 nm.RESULTS The tablets were dissoluted completely within 150 min.CONCLUSIONSThe method was highly sensitive,rapid and easy to operate. |
