自体疣皮下埋藏治疗扁平疣临床疗效与病理学观察

目的：通过对42例扁平疣患者采取自体疣皮下埋藏免疫疗法，以决定该疗法在临床治疗价值。方法：选择42例扁平疣患者采取自体疣皮下埋藏免疫疗法，另高对照组30例，采用外用无环鸟苷眼药水，肌注聚肌胞的常规疗法。结果：治疗组42例，痊愈30例，好转6例，治愈率73．8％；对照组30例，痊愈13例，好转9例，治愈率43．3％。经统计学处理P＜0．01，二组相比有显著差异性。病程小于1a者25例，痊愈22例，治愈率达88％；病程大于1a者17例，痊愈9例，治愈率52．9％，P＜0．05有显著差异。结论：本疗法对病程小于1a的扁平疣效果显著。

Observation on Effectiveness and Pathology of the Treatment of Flat Wart by Auto Wart Subcutaneous Implantation

Objective Fourty-two cases with flat wart were treated with immune therapy of auto wart subcutaneous implantation to study the value of the therapy.Methods 42 selected cases of flat wart were treated with auto immune therapy,the control group(30 cases) with external use of Aciclovir and injected.Injetio Poly I:C.Results In the former group flat wart was cured in 37,and improved in 6,the curative rate was 73.8%;in the latter control group,flat wart was cured in 13 and improved in 9,the curative rate was 43.3%.The differernce between the two groups was singificant( P <0.01),In 25 cases with a course of disease under 1 year,22 recovered,the curative rate was 88%.In 17 cases with a course over 1 year,9 recovered,the curative rate 52.9%.The differerce between the two groups was significant( P <0.05). Conclusion The therapy is effective for flat wart with a course below one year.
