| 摘 要： | 目的：分析不育男性染色体核型，探讨染色体异常与不育症的关系。方法：对856例不育男性进行染色体检查，分析染色体核型，每例计数30个分裂相，分析10个核型，异常者加倍分析。结果：异常核型228例（包括染色体的多态性），异常检出率为26．64％。结论：染色体异常是导致男性不育的因素之一，在不育症的诊治过程中，应加强对染色体的检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between chromosome abnormality and male infertility by analyzing the karyotypes of infertile men. Methods:The karyotypes of 856 of infertile men were analyzed. Thirty of mitotic figures were counted and 10 of karyotypes were examined for each man,and doubled for abnormal ones. Results:Of 856 cases of male infertility analyzed,228 cases were karyotype abnormalities (26.64%). Conclusion:The chromosomal abnormality is one of the factors that lead to male infertility. The chromosome examination should be strengthened in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. |
