| Abstract: | A simple HPLC method is developed for assay of berbamine hydrochloride tablets. The HPLC system consisted of a spin particle size C8 column and UV detectorset at 282nm. The mobile phase consisted of 25% acetonitrile. Berberine hydrochloride isinternal standard substance. The recovery is 98. 22%. This method is more sensitive andaccurate than current titration. |
