威草胶囊对高血脂症大鼠调脂作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨威草胶囊对高血脂症大鼠血脂的影响。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组,每组8只。采用高脂饲料饮食造模。造模成功后,各实验组分别给予不同浓度药物灌胃进行干预,对照组和模型组给予同等剂量的生理盐水灌胃。观察不同处理因素对血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoAⅠ、ApoB和Lp(a)的影响。结果高脂饲料饮食2周后,与正常对照组比,模型组、血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组的TC、TG、LDL-C均显著升高,HDL-C均显著降低,证明模型成功。给药4周后,血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)显著低于模型组,HDL-C、ApoAⅠ显著高于模型组。与血脂康组相比,威草胶囊大剂量组TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)的水平显著降低,ApoAⅠ、HDL-C的水平显著升高,威草胶囊小剂量组中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)和ApoAⅠ的水平与血脂康组之间比较无明显差异,HDL-C的水平明显高于血脂康组。与威草胶囊小剂量组比,威草胶囊大剂量组中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)水平显著降低,ApoAⅠ水平显著升高,HDL-C水平无明显差异。结论威草胶囊可明显调节高血脂症大鼠的血脂水平。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effect of Weicao capsule on blood fat in rats with hyperlipidemia.Methods 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group,model group,Xuezhikang group,low dose group of Weicao capsule,high dose group of Weicao capsule,with 8 rats in each group.Except for the control group,hyperlipemic rats were induced by high fat diet.After 4 weeks of interventions with drugs,serum levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ApoAⅠ,ApoB and lipoprotein-a(Lp(a)) were detected.Results After two weeks of high fat diet,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C in model groups were higher than that of control group,and the level of HDL-C was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),suggesting the models were established successfully.After treatment for 4 weeks,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lp(a)in Xuezhikang group,low dose group of Weicao capsule,high dose group of Weicao capsule were reduced and the levels of HDL-C,ApoAⅠwere increased compared with hyperlipidemia model group(P<0.05).In contrast with Xuezhikang group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lp(a)in high dose group of Weicao capsule were reduced(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the levels of HDL-C,ApoAⅠwere elevated(P<0.01).Compared with Xuezhikang group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lp(a),ApoAⅠwere comparable(P>0.05) except for the higher level of HDL-C(P<0.05) in low dose group of Weicao capsule.When comparison were made between the low and high dose group of weicao capsule,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lp(a)were lower in high dose group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the level of ApoAⅠwas higher(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C(P>0.05).Conclusion Weicao capsule has modulation effect on hyperlipidemia in hyperlipemic rats induced by high fat diet.
