威草胶囊对高血脂症大鼠调脂作用的实验研究

目的探讨威草胶囊对高血脂症大鼠血脂的影响。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组,每组8只。采用高脂饲料饮食造模。造模成功后,各实验组分别给予不同浓度药物灌胃进行干预,对照组和模型组给予同等剂量的生理盐水灌胃。观察不同处理因素对血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、ApoAⅠ、ApoB和Lp(a)的影响。结果高脂饲料饮食2周后,与正常对照组比,模型组、血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组的TC、TG、LDL-C均显著升高,HDL-C均显著降低,证明模型成功。给药4周后,血脂康组、威草胶囊大剂量组、威草胶囊小剂量组大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)显著低于模型组,HDL-C、ApoAⅠ显著高于模型组。与血脂康组相比,威草胶囊大剂量组TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)的水平显著降低,ApoAⅠ、HDL-C的水平显著升高,威草胶囊小剂量组中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)和ApoAⅠ的水平与血脂康组之间比较无明显差异,HDL-C的水平明显高于血脂康组。与威草胶囊小剂量组比,威草胶囊大剂量组中TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a)水平显著降低,ApoAⅠ水平显著升高,HDL-C水平无明显差异。结论威草胶囊可明显调节高血脂症大鼠的血脂水平。

Experimental study on the fat regulation of Weicao capsule in rats with hyperlipoidemia

Objective It is to observe the effect of Weicao capsule on blood fat in rats with hyperlipidemia.Methods 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group,model group,Xuezhikang group,low dose group of Weicao capsule,high dose group of Weicao capsule,with 8 rats in each group.Except for the control group,hyperlipemic rats were induced by high fat diet.After 4 weeks of interventions with drugs,serum levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ApoAⅠ,ApoB and lipoprotein-a(Lp(a)) were detected.Results After two weeks of high fat diet,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C in model groups were higher than that of control group,and the level of HDL-C was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),suggesting the models were established successfully.After treatment for 4 weeks,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lp(a)in Xuezhikang group,low dose group of Weicao capsule,high dose group of Weicao capsule were reduced and the levels of HDL-C,ApoAⅠwere increased compared with hyperlipidemia model group(P<0.05).In contrast with Xuezhikang group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lp(a)in high dose group of Weicao capsule were reduced(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the levels of HDL-C,ApoAⅠwere elevated(P<0.01).Compared with Xuezhikang group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lp(a),ApoAⅠwere comparable(P>0.05) except for the higher level of HDL-C(P<0.05) in low dose group of Weicao capsule.When comparison were made between the low and high dose group of weicao capsule,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,Lp(a)were lower in high dose group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the level of ApoAⅠwas higher(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C(P>0.05).Conclusion Weicao capsule has modulation effect on hyperlipidemia in hyperlipemic rats induced by high fat diet.
