| Abstract: | The SARS epidemic situation has made us realize the importance of public health system establishment. The main problem of public health system in China is analyzed, this article makes suggestions on establishing new kind of public health system and countermeasures including the development of public health legislation, public health financing system, public health response system and public health information system. |
