髋臼骨折手术疗效的影响因素分析

目的 探讨影响髋臼骨折手术疗效的因素.方法 手术治疗136例髋臼骨折患者,对患者性别、年龄、骨折类型、合并伤、手术时机、手术入路、复位质量等资料进行统计学分析.结果 骨折类型优良率:简单骨折为78.5%,复杂骨折为56.1%(P<0.05).手术时机优良率:2周内手术为75.8%,2周以上为55.6%(P<0.05).复位质量优良率:解剖复位优良率为83.3%,良好复位为76.3%,不满意复位为42.3%,轮廓复位为14.3%(P<0.05).结论 二元Logistic回归分析显示骨折类型、手术时机、复位质量为影响髋臼骨折疗效的独立危险因素.

Logistic analysis of the operative effect in influencing factors of acetabular fracture

Objective To investigate the impact of surgical treatment of acetabular fractures factors.Methods Surgical treatment of acetabular fractures in patients with a total of 136 patients were recorded sex,age,fracture type,associated injuries,the timing of surgery,surgical approach,quality of reduction and other information for statistical analysis.Results Comparing of the results of the type of fracture,simple fracture rate was 78.5% excellent,complex fractures 56.1%;comparing of the timing of surgery,surgery within 2 weeks the fine was 75.8%,55.6% more than 2 weeks;the quality of reduction in contrast,anatomic 83.3% excellent and good reduction of 76.3%,42.3% were not satisfied with reset,reset profile 14.3%;from the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the other no difference(P>0.05).Conclusions Fracture type,timing of surgery,quality of reduction of acetabular fractures are unique risk factors affecting the results of surgical treatment of acetabular fractures.
