乙状结肠阴道成形术治疗先天性无阴道患者的护理

总结26例乙状结肠人工阴道成形术治疗先天性无阴道患者的护理经验。针对患者心理状态,运用倾听、疏导、宣泄技术,增强其治疗信心;术前3d开始口服肠道抗生素、进无渣饮食,并按要求禁食水、清洁肠道、术区备皮和准备阴道模型。术后加强饮食管理,合理应用药物抑制肠蠕动、控制排便时间;注意观察人工阴道组织的弹性、颜色、有无渗血等,并适时行人工阴道扩张,更换阴道模型;密切观察生命体征和腹部体征的变化,进行营养支持,防止术后吻合口瘘发生;通过出院指导及随访,教会患者模具的消毒和放置方法。26例患者术后无肠瘘或移植肠段坏死,术后随访1年无人工阴道瘢痕、挛缩、狭窄。

Nursing for 26 Cases of Congenital No-vagina Patients Treated with Sigmoid Colon Vaginoplasty

This paper summarizes the experience in nursing 26 cases of congenital no-vagina patients treated with the sigmoid colon vaginoplasty.
