有机磷中毒患者的护理

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救与护理,及应用解毒剂、复能剂与积极的护理措施可提高治愈率。方法回顾性分析10例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床资料。结果 10例患者中轻度、中度中毒者全部治愈,重度中毒患者死亡1例。结论对急性有机磷农药中毒患者,医护人员应密切配合、争分夺秒,及时采取综合有效的治疗措施。重度中毒患者必须同时使用阿托品与胆碱酯酶复能剂,可明显提高治愈率有效降低病死率。

The Care of Patients with Organophosphate Poisoning

Objective To analyze First Aid and attendance of Acute Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）.Using antidote and reactivator,simulta neously positive nursing interventions can improve the cure rate.Methods It was a retrospective series case study.Clinical data of 10 cases with AOPP were analyzed.Results They were cured,who were mild and moderate in the 9 cases with AOPP.One of serious patients was dead.Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to Observed the AOPP patients,take comprehensive and effective treatment measures,and cooperate closely.Serious poisoning patients must use atropine and cholinesterase.Doing so can improve the cure rate significantly and effectively reduce the mortality rate.
