| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同钙浓度透析液对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者钙磷代谢紊乱的影响。方法溧水县人民医院157例MHD患者随机分为2组,分别采用钙浓度1.25及1.75mmol/l透析液连续进行3个月透析治疗,分别检测治疗前后血钙及血磷浓度。结果实验结束后,高钙浓度组血钙水平明显升高(P<0.05),血钙×磷浓度水平降低(P<0.05),血磷水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论高钙透析液能有效的提高MHD患者血钙浓度,减少钙磷代谢紊乱发生。

| Abstract: | Objectives To study the affection of varied calcium concentration in dialysis fluid for calcium and phosphate metabolism. Methods 157 MHD patients from Lishui People＇s Hospital divided into 2 groups. The varied calcium concentration fluid of 1.25 and 1.75mmol/L was given in hemodialysis for 3 months. The calcium and phosphate were detected before and after treatment. Results After the experiment, the calcium levels of high concentration of calcium group increased significantly（P〈0.05）, the Ca×P level was decreased（P〈0.05）, the phosphate level wan no change（P〉0.05）. Conclusions The high concentration of calcium group can improve the calcium levels of MHD patients, reduce the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus. |
