| 摘 要： | 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（M-CSF）是一种具有谱系特异性的细胞因子,是目前临床上应用最广泛的细胞因子之一。M-CSF可诱导破骨细胞分化增殖,维持其活性,并可抑制破骨细胞凋亡。其在治疗骨骼石化症及体外诱导破骨细胞分化等方面也有广泛引用。本文着重概述了M-CSF对破骨细胞的生物作用。 |

| Abstract: | Macrophage colony-stimulating factor(M-CSF),a lineage-specific cytokine,is one of the most comprehensive factors for clinical use.M-CSF can induce human osteoclast formation and stimulate them to differentiate and survive.It also can inhibit the apoptosis of osteoclasts.M-CSF is also widely used in the treatment of osteopetrosis and osteoclasts culture in vitro.This article reviews the current progress of the biological role of M-CSF on the activity of osteoclasts. |
