PBL教学在胸外科实习中的应用

摘    要:
在胸外科实习的教学中,选取40名临床医学本科实习学生,其中20人进行以问题为基础的学习(PBL),对另20人采用传统方法教学,进行对比研究。结果PBL实验组理论学习成绩和操作技能成绩均显著优于对照组(P〈0.05),表明PBL教学法在胸外科实习教学中优于传统教学方法,学生的基础理论和临床技能均有明显提高。

Abstract:
To evaluate the effect of problem based learning(PBL) in clinical education of thoracic surgery,20 medical students were arranged into the PBL education group and 20 medical students into the traditional education group.The results showed that the scores of book test and clinical skill of the PBL group were significantly higher than those of the traditional education group(P<0.05).We can conclude that PBL teaching method is more helpful and more effective than traditional education in clinical education of ...
