辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎200例

目的观察中医辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将390例患者分为治疗组200例,对照组190例。治疗组应用中医辨证分型治疗;对照组采用胃苏冲剂,胃蛋白酶合剂,甲硝唑,阿莫西林,吗丁啉等药物治疗。结果治疗组治愈38例,显效64例,有效78例,无效20例,总有效率90%,对照组190例,痊愈5例,显效45例,有效65例,无效70例,总有效率63.11%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈005）。结论中医辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效好。

Clinical Observation on 200 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treatde with Syndrome Differ Treatment

Objective classification of Chinese dialectical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of the clinical efficacy.Methods 390 patients were divided into treatment group of 200 cases,190 cases in control group.TCM treatment group,type of dialectical therapy;control group SU Granules stomach,pepsin mixture,metronidazole,amoxicillin,domperidone and other drug treatment.Results 38 patients were cured,64 cases markedly effective in 78 cases,20 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90% in the control group 190 cases,5 cases were cured,45 cases markedly effective in 65 cases,70 cases ineffective,the total effective rate 63.11%,the treatment group significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05） Conclusion The classification of Chinese dialectical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and no apparent side effects.
