脉健方治疗肢体动脉粥样硬化闭塞症的临床研究

目的 探讨脉健方（垂分草、海藻、Xi莶草等）治疗肢体动脉粥样硬化闭塞症（ASO）的作用机制。方法 60例随机分为脉健方组和中药丹参对照组各30例,观察主症、体征、脉冲多普勒频谱、血脂、血小板聚集实验（PAg)和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）。结果 脉健方能改善ASO缺血主症,缩短肢体抬高苍白时戒,提高踝／肱指数（A／BI）,改善动脉血流速度。能降低胆固醇（TC）,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL－C）,而且TC／HDL－C比值明显下降。与丹参均有抑制PAg作用。能升高患者血清SOD的活性。结论 脉健方治疗ASO的作用可能与改善侧支循环,降低血脂,抑制血小板聚集,提高SOD活性有关。

Clinical investigation of Maijian Prescription on the treatment of atherosclerosis obliterans

Objective To investigate effect of Maijian Prescription on the treatment of atherosclerosis obliterans (ASO). Methods 60 cases of ASO were randomly allocated to two groups. 60 Patients in treatment group were given by Maijian Prescription and 60 patients in control group were given by salvia miltiorrhiza. Symptoms, signs, Doppler echocardiography, blood lipid, platelet aggregation and activity of superoxide dismutase were measured in both groups. Results Maijian Prescription could improve symptoms of ASO and blood flow velocity of artery.It could decrease TC and increase HDL C.Conclusion Maijian Prescription can play a role of improving collateral circulation, decreasing blood lipid, inhibiting platelet aggregation and increasing activity of superoxide dismutase in treatment of ASO.
