椎弓根短节段内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的有关问题

本文报告了在无导向设备下施行胸腰椎骨折椎弓根内固定４４例，除２例定位错误外，优１１０钉，良２８钉，优良率８２．１％。作者体会到只要仔细定位病椎。正确选定钻孔占点。置入螺钉，一般不会发生螺钉穿出椎弓根损伤脊髓及神经根。虽无导向设备，在基层仍可开展椎弓根内固定手术。

The Relative Problems of Thoracic Lumbar Fractures treated with shorts Segment pedicle screw plate fixation

his article presented 44 cases of thoracic and lumbar spine fracture treated with short segent pedicle screw plate fixa-tion.Results revealed that 82.1% of screw were considered excellented and good.It is impossible,in our opinion,that screw penetrates vertebral pedicle and injuries the spinal cord and nerve root,only by locating tbe suffering vertebrae carefully,se-lecting the drilling point properly and installing the screw.We think that this operation may be still developed in basic unit even without guided equipment.The location and screw placement were discussed also.)
