| 摘 要： | 目的评价更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法多中心开放实验,采用更昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦对比。结果二者止痛、止疱、结痂时间均差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),两组均无明显不良反应。结论更昔洛韦疗效优于阿昔洛韦,安全性与阿昔洛韦差异无显著意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of Ganciclovir for treating herpes zoster. Methods Contrast Ganciclovir with Acicloir through muhicentre opening test. Results There were significant difference between Acicloir and Ganciclovir with alleviating pain time, alleviating blister time, form scab time and curative effect, both had no significant adverse effect. Conclusion The curative effect of Ganciclovir was better than Acicloir,and the safety both had no significant difference. |
