摘    要:目的 研究微波合成苄氧基苯甲醛的最佳反应条件。方法 利用微波加热研究微波输出功率,辐射时间及不同溶剂对反应速度及收率的影响,同时与常规加热反应的时间、收率做对比。结果 目标物结构经IR,MS,1HNMR确证,合成了苄氧基苯甲醛类化合物。结论 与常规加热法相比较,反应速度快,收率高,操作简便。微波辐射对合成苄氧基苯甲醛有显著的催化作用,选择适当的微波辐射条件是获得较高收率的主要原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To study Optimization of the react conditions of benzyloxy-benzaldehyde synthesized under microwave irradiation. Methods The effects of microwave power, irradiation time and different solvents on the reaction were dicussed, In addition, Compared with the conventional heating reaction. Results The structures of the compound were characterized by elemental analysis, MS, IR and 1HNMR. Conclusions The method has advantage of high yield, short reaction time and simple in operation. Microwave irradiation to the reaction has striking catalystic action, the main reasons that the choice of microwave conditions were efficient.
