| 摘 要： | 为了观察盐酸格拉司琼的止吐疗效和毒性,对５０ 例病人采用随机自身对照的方法,比较盐酸格拉司琼和康泉在相同剂量下的疗效和毒性。结果显示盐酸格拉司琼能有效预防化疗所致的恶心、呕吐,其止吐效果与康泉相近。２ 药的止呕有效率分别为８２％ 和８４％ ,完全缓解率分别为５６％ 和６２％ ,２ 药止吐效果无显著性差异,且毒副作用小。盐酸格拉司琼是１ 个与康泉疗效基本相同而无明显毒副作用的高效止吐药。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the antiemetic effect of Granisetron Hydrochiovide and its toxic,a random self-control was used in fifty patients who received cisplatin or adrianmycin chemotherapy.Compared with same dose of Kytril,the response rate of Granisetron on antiemetic effects was 82%,similar to 84% of Kytril.Complete response rate was 56% in Granisetron and 62% in Kytril.The two medicines were not obviously different in effect of control vomiting.Granisetron is a safe and effective antiemetic medicine in cancer chemotherapy. |
