CD_(44)在肿瘤干细胞的研究进展

肿瘤干细胞是存在肿瘤组织中的少部分具有干细胞性质的细胞群。越来越多的证据表明肿瘤组织中存在肿瘤干细胞,并且其与肿瘤的增殖、转移、复发和对放化疗不敏感关系密切。近年来,CD44作为干细胞和多种肿瘤组织干细胞的表面标志分子被广泛研究。现对CD44分子的结构、功能及其在肿瘤干细胞研究领域的应用予以综述。

Research Progress of CD44 in Tumor Stem Cells

Tumor stem cells(TSCs)are a small number of cells with the nature of stem cells in tumor tissue.More and more evidences support the tumor stem cell hypothesis,which postulates that TSCs are closely correlated with tumor proliferation and metastasis,recurrence and resistance to chemoradiotherapy.Recently,CD44 has been studied extensively as a surface marker for the identification of stem cells from normal and cancerous tissues.Here is to make a review on the structure and function of CD44 molecule,and its application in the research of tumor stem cell.
