临床小儿肺炎支原体感染后的血常规变化

目的探讨肺炎支原体（MP）感染后小儿血常规变化的规律。方法对58例MP感染后小儿和58例同期健康小儿分别检测血常规,将两组小儿的血常规结果进行比较,采用t检验进行统计分析。结果 MP感染小儿白细胞计数无明显变化,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,中性粒细胞比例及绝对值增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,淋巴细胞比例及绝对值下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,单核细胞比例增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,单核细胞绝对值增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量及血小板计数差异无统计学意义。结论通过小儿血常规变化可以初步推断是否感染MP。

The clinical analysis of blood routine of children infected by mycoplasmal pneumonia

Objective To discuss the variety law of blood routine after mycoplasmal pneumonia（MP） infecting children.Methods Blood routine between 58 children suffering from MP and 58 healthy children were compared.Results The leukocyte amount of MP infections increased（P0.01）.The ratio and the absolute value of neutrophilic granulocyte increased（P0.01）.The ratio of lymphocyte decreased（P0.01）.The absolute value of lymphocyte decreased（P0.05）.The ratio of monocyte increased（P0.05）.The ratio of monocyte increased（P0.05）.The absolute value of monocyte increased（P0.01）.The content of hemoglobin decreased（P0.01）.The blood cell amount,the blood platelet amount,the ratio and absolute value of acidophil and basophil had no obvious change.Conclusion MP infection can be judged primarily by checking the variety of blood routine.
