综合医院精神科门诊病例统计分析

目的观察北京某三级甲等大型综合性医院精神科门诊病种分布及特征。方法随机抽取2009年11月至2011年12月1 695例患者采用中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版（CCMD-3）并参考美国精神障碍诊断和统计手册第4版（DSM-Ⅳ）进行诊断。结果 1 695例患者诊断为抑郁障碍498例（29.38%）,焦虑障碍279例（16.46%）,混合性焦虑抑郁障碍138例（8.14%）,强迫症171例（10.09%）,精神分裂症183例（10.80%）,神经症120例（7.08%）。其他障碍306例（18.05%）。总体上就诊于精神科的主要精神疾病中,女性多于男性。结论综合性医院精神科门诊以情感性精神障碍为主,各种精神疾病在年龄和性别分布上呈现一定特征。

Statistical analysis of outpatient cases in psychiatric department of general hospital

Objective To investigate the disease distribution and disease characteristics in the cases of psychiatric outpatient department in a 3A grade general hospital in Beijing.Methods 1 695 cases of mental disease were randomly extracted from November 2009 to December 2011.All the cases met the criteria of Chinese Classification and Diagnosis of Mental Diseases-Third edition（CCMD-3） and making reference to the criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fourth Edition（DSM-Ⅳ）.Results Among 1 695 cases,498 cases were diagnosed as depression disorder and accounted for 29.38%,279 cases（16.46%） were anxiety disorders,138 cases（8.14%） were mixed anxiety and depression disorder,171 cases（10.09%） got obsessive-compulsive disorder,183 cases（10.80%） got schizophrenia,120 cases（7.08%） were neurosis and 306 cases（18.05%） were other disorders.Conclusion Affective mental disorder is the major type among the outpatient cases in the psychiatric department of general hospital.Various mental illnesses demonstrate certain characteristics in the age distribution and gender distribution.
