息敏胶囊抗过敏性鼻炎的实验研究

目的 探讨息敏胶囊抗过敏性鼻炎的作用及其免疫学机理。方法 以卵白蛋白(OVA)制备过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型，并将Wistar大鼠随机分为五组：正常对照组，过敏性鼻炎模型组，致敏两周后，每组中的部分动物给予OVA滴鼻诱发过敏性鼻炎，然后观察实验动物行为；同时，采取每组剩余动物抗血清，分别注入正常大鼠皮内，再以OVA加5％伊氏蓝攻击大鼠，分别观察各组抗血清对正常大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)。结果 过敏性鼻炎动物模型制备成功，小量息敏胶囊组、大量息敏胶囊组过敏性鼻炎行为变化出现迟于模型组且先于模型组消失；皮内注射小剂量息敏胶囊组、大剂量息敏胶囊组大鼠抗血清的动物注射部位皮片浸液的吸光度均明显低于模型组(P＜0．01)。结论 息敏胶囊具有抗模型鼠过敏性鼻炎的作用；且能明显抑制OVA致敏大鼠IgE抗体的产生。

An Experimental Study of Xinmin Capsules in Antagonizing Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To study the effect and immunological mechanisms of XiMin capsules in antagonizing allergic rhinitis.Methods The Wistar rats were divided randomly into normal control group,allergic rhinitis model group,low dosage of XiMin capsule group,high dosage of XiMin capsule group and positive medicine group.The rats were sensitized by intraperitoneal injection(i.p)with OVA.After two weeks some rats were given OVA from nose.Then their symptoms of allergic rhinitis were observed.Meanwhile,antisera from the others of each group were harvested and respectively injected into normal rats intracutanously.Then the rats were given with 5% OVA Even's Blue.The passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA)was examined.Results The symptoms of low dosage of XinMin capsule group and high dosage of XinMin capsule group occurred later than that of allergic rhinitis model group and disappeared earlier did.The absorption(OD 610 value of skin graft infusion of rats injected sera from the animals in low dosage of XiMin capsule group and high dosage of XiMin capsule group was significantly lower than that of rats injected sera from the animal of model group( P <0.01, P <0.01).Conclusion XiMin capsules could treat allergic rhinitis of model group.XiMin capsules might decrease the quantity of specific IgE.
